Little Elvis meets Little Bono
Two weekends ago, Little Elvis met his cousin for the first time! Bob's brother and sister-in-law have a little boy who is 4 months younger than Little Elvis. They are so close in age, and we were all excited for them to meet each other.
Bob's brother is a fan of U2, so we have blog-named his son Little Bono.
They arrived Thursday evening after a long day of flying and driving. Little Bono and Little Elvis met for the first time. The different musical genres didn't seem to matter at all.
The first evening and night wasn't bad at all. But, well, Mommy screwed up the next day. Little Elvis awoke in a mood. Bob had to work, and I opted not to force an early morning nap on him. By the time afternoon rolled around, he was a screaming and wailing mess. He was so tired and so unhappy and absolutely refused to nap. I know he does this. My child likes a late morning nap and no afternoon nap. It makes no sense, but I am aware of this Little Elvis law and did not heed it.
After what seemed like hours of intense wailing (15 minutes maybe?) I rescued him. Once the sniffles and tears subsided, he got his second wind.
That's when we shot this video. I especially loved the part where they each showed off one of their tricks.

They are so cute together! I love how they are so different..the hair difference cracks me up. My little Mags is 16 months old and no hair and her best little friend is 8 weeks younger and has pony tails!
They are ADORABLE!! of course you know I feel that way about Little Elvis already!! His happy little face always brings me a smile! :) But Bono is a cutie too!! and to see them together is soo funny!! I love how they interacted with one another!! :)

What a cute video! It's always such a riot when babies interact.
I can scream and I can put my butt up in the air. We are so talented. And so ridiculously CUTE!!!
Watched it with J. He LOVES watching other babies!!!
Very cute. I have been on vacation so I enjoyed catching up on all your posts.
For the longest time, Gage went down at 11:30 am, and slept for about 3 hours. It was wonderful.
Slowly but surely...that routine has gone out the window, and now we're at one nap a day (if I'm lucky), and it's usually time to go down anywhere between 1:30-3pm.
...and yes, they are adorable together!
