More Mississippi shenanigans

I still have a few cute pics from the Mississippi trip. As Little Elvis has gotten bigger, I have gotten much worse about taking pics and shooting videos. Still, I should have enough fodder for three pretty cute videos in the near future.
Little Elvis stumbles over my shoes several times a day. Usually, he just keeps on going. But one day he decided to try on a pair of my shoes. Yes, he's wearing them backwards. He managed to get a couple of good scoots in before falling out of them.
What a funny face! He loved the stairs at my parents' house and would sneak up them any chance he got. He became very quick!

One afternoon I went upstairs to go to the bathroom. My dad was in the kitchen with Little Elvis getting food out for a meal. I heard loud thumps coming up the stairs and then heard very fast little feet scurrying past the door. It took him less than half a minute to climb the stairs and find me.

By the second week of our stay, he figured out that he could stand on the first step and turn the kitchen light on and off repeatedly. This discovery way outranked the novelty of stair climbing.

Now that we're back home, he pulls his little chair over to our "dining room" light and climbs up on it to turn the light on and off.

Isn't he a cute sleeper? It's very rare that I get sleeping pics of my baby. I don't know if you can tell, but there's a huge wet drool spot under his mouth. He's been drooling a little for the past couple of months. I'm pretty sure he's cutting a couple of 2-year molars. Other than the drool, he seems to be handling it well.

I know what you mean about taking less pictures as they get older. Sometimes it's just because they are so mobile and keep you so busy that you don't have time to even think about where you may have kept the camera!
Cute the way he walked in your shoes :) Svara tries it too, and gets a few steps in before one turns sideways and she gets mad.
