Baby Plum is my shy baby. For several weeks he's had a small circle of three people he would willingly go to: me, Bob and my mom. That small circle shrank this week to two. He now only wants Mommy and Daddy. And I don't know what I'm going to do when he decides that only Daddy will do.

I keep hearing that it's a phase. And I'm wondering if his current appetite is a phase. Baby Plum is an eater. He eats and eats and eats and eats. Seriously.

He eats his breakfast every morning in the high chair while Little Elvis eats his in the playroom while watching TV (I know, I am a terrible mother.) Once Baby Plum is done, he goes to the playroom and gobbles up as much of Little Elvis' cereal as possible.

Last weekend my dad popped Little Elvis some popcorn and Baby Plum went after my mom's bag with both hands. We didn't get a chance to stop him before he had a mouth full. He was instantly in love.
Sweet little baby.

...our Gage is the shy one.
His circle has been that small since birth.
Well, no...that's not true. His circle is now bigger...It used to be JUST ME. As flattering as it was, it was exhausting.
