Big accomplishments

We've had some big accomplishments!

Baby Plum finally used the potty! Here he's posing in front of some cloth diaper liners. We've still got a long way to go, but we're so thrilled that he's finally trying. Yay!
Cheese Puff is letting me put him down some. This is very nice. I'm able to help Bob just a little bit with all of the digging and shoveling he's doing around the house to alleviate the water problem. I think I'm pretty good at shoveling pea gravel.
Here's a close up of Cheese Puff's pretty blue eyes. He gets compliments on them everywhere we go. He's 3 months old now. That's when Little Elvis' eyes started turning. Baby Plum's started turning a lot later, and his still seem to be getting darker.

Bob is almost finished with one of the bigger parts of our water problem solution -- digging French drains in the backyard. We'll probably need to put up gutters for the other problem area. Our refrigerator is finally repaired. But we did notice a dead pine tree in our side yard. It's a huge one. We won't be tackling that project on our own.

Hurray! Congratulations on the potty training!

And, wow! Sounds like lots of work around your house! Last summer, when we hauled 2 tons of rocks and 8 yards of dirt around the yard - I remember the pain from the physical effort felt almost good! (Not sure Fritz would agree with that, however; he did most of the hauling.)

Glad to see your post. I've missed you!
