Connect 4 with Cheese Puff
He mainly wants to watch TV, and we're battling that right now. The TV became an easy way to entertain him while dealing with all of the tornado aftermath. The immediate need to clean up debris is gone. I need to stop his addiction.
I got him to play Connect 4 the other day. He has no idea of the concept, but loves putting the checkers in the slots.
He doesn't take the paci to school, and is fine without it. We went to play at the mall one morning, and he was fine without it. He's getting a lot better. But when he sees one, he needs it.
While at the mall, he saw the carousel and told me he wanted to be a cowboy. I thought that was very cute, and he did get to ride it. We normally don't do that. Mommy's way too cheap.
Last night, he went to the cabin with my dad and grandmother. They said he did really well. He played, ate and slept well. I got to talk to him a little while he took a bath this morning. He said, 'Hi-lo Mommy!"
I missed him, and have been at a loss as to what to do today. I attempted to sand a project, but went through 2 sheets of paper really quickly. Luckily, my sanding for this part is almost done. I did some minor chores, and once I'm off the computer, I plan to sweep and mop the entire house. I will be glad to see him this evening.
